Director of Worship Arts
Eastern Avenue Church seeks a creative, knowledgeable, and musically gifted Director of Worship Arts. In this part-time, hourly position, this person will plan and lead the worship ministry of the church, with a particular emphasis on music and the visual and performing arts.
The Director of Worship Arts plans God-glorifying worship services, collaborates on music selection, and develops the skills of musicians and artists of all ages and talents. Experience in using a variety of arts in worship ministry, as well as an ability to cross cultural boundaries is key to this role.The ideal candidate embodies a transformational love of Jesus Christ, shares a passion for urban ministry through the arts, and possesses a leadership style that builds and nurtures a Christ-like community among diverse worshippers.

Bilingual Worship Leader
Eastern Avenue Church seeks a musically gifted, creative Bilingual Worship Leader. In this part-time contract position, you will provide musical leadership for bilingual worship services. Your experience in music ministry, as well as your ability to cross cultural boundaries will be key to your role. As our Bilingual Worship Leader, you lead God-glorifying Spanish-English worship services. You will collaborate on selecting music, writing liturgies, and developing the skills of other musicians and singers. You embody a transformational love of Jesus Christ and share a passion for urban ministry through music. Your leadership builds and nurtures a Christ-like community among our diverse worshipers. Your ability to speak fluently both Spanish and English is a plus.
