The 30s (Established Young Adults)

For those out of post-secondary school, established in your career, and in those early years of family life, typically those in their 30s. Don't worry, we don't ask for ID! The 30s gather for dinner about once a month. Contact Pastor Kristy if you would like to join the email list.

Act II
Act II runs for consecutive Sundays in the Fall and Winter with programing for all ages. After the English service from 10:45-11:45 we gather in small groups based on age or interest. Act II begins again September 21.
The Gathering
The Gathering is Sunday evening programming for the season of Lent. From 5:00-6:00 we join for a brief service of worship, story sharing, and dinner. From 6:00-7:00 we provide small group programming for all ages.

  • Every Thursday morning from 10:30-11:30 am, accompanied by coffee, is the member-led Basement Bible Study, meeting in the Logan room off the Food Program door entrance.
  • And our Thursday Evening Bible Study meets every Thursday of the Tutoring Program year from 6:30-7:30, led by Pastor Arlan.
Dine with Nine

Get to know your Eastern family over a meal! This is not a cooking competition, but a chance to spend some quality time with some existing and some soon-to-be friends. Build community over pizzas, potlucks, or fancy food - whatever brings you joy!

Interest Groups

At Eastern, it seems there's an interest group for just about anything! Like to kayak? Want company at the dog park? Love board games? Into cornhole or pickleball? Do native plants and gardening bring you joy? Seeking a book club? Energized by hiking? Interested in starting an interest group of your own? There's a place at the table and a seat in the kayak for you at Eastern!
